The Search Engine gaint Google is planning to buy Cybersecurity company Mandiant for $6.4 billion. Mandiant is one of the biggest player in Cybersecurity industry to investigate and look after digital defences after major fata breaches and it is popularly known as FireEye before it was named Mandiant last year.

Google will acquire the Reston, Virginia based company for $23 per share as according to the terms of the deal.This price represents a total of 2.3% premium over the closing stock price of $22.49.
