Importance of Employability Skills in Employment

Employability Skills are the key essential skills required for any Job seeker in achieving their dream job. For most of the people career is no longer an option. Job seekers need to be flexible in preparing the most required or desirable skills in shaping their career path as employers are looking for skills beyond their experience and qualification. 

In order to become successful in the Interview Job seeker need to exhibit their skills along with their Technical specialist skills. Employers are looking for multi talented skill set people that helps for company success. The ability to solve problems, critical thinking, Effective planning, Negotiation, organizing  and decision making skills based on criteria and situation will help job seeker to grab the attention of employer.

Employability skills or Soft skills is the primary skill set required for career building  Interpersonal skills helps to interact with people and helps to participate effectively as a team member. Employers will consider several important aspects like Time Management, Self Confidence and approach, Responsibility in work, Problem Solving Skills, Leader ship skills, Decision Making skills, Negotiations and client interactions. Communication skills ( Both writing and verbal) plays a vital role in Interviews. Maintaining good eye contact,Presentation Skills,appearance, Active Listening & Responding with tailored language and vocabulary etc are essential skills that employers seek out. 

Having Right attitude towards your work is key aspect in Personalty development and Job seeker should always possess study skills and try to learn and implement or grasp new things for self development and also for company's success. Being able to understand and adapt to any kind of roles and  responsibilities is considered as essential skills in many companies.
