A Project Manager's success can be measured in terms of customer satisfaction, cost-effectiveness and quality of product.
The Project Managers have to handle the extent of works that include Resource Acquisition (tools, budgets, Human Resources) for the projects, Maintaining effective communication between teams and also with program manager and give timely regular updates. Ensuring the smooth execution of project in a positive progressive way by clearing all the issues arise in the process.
