Secondly Students can get higher education at an affordable cost. When compared to India and all other countries the education is even cheaper. Ukraine medicine colleges charge $3500-5000 ( Rs 2.65-3.8 Lakh) per year.where as in India medical colleges charge in betweenRs 15-20 Lakh per annum for 5.5 years
