Deputy Minister asked Parents to give their feedback on the ongoing technology-supported online learning activities and also suggestions for improving the teaching methodologies for online education. He mentioned Present Online Education Mode as "Semi Online" Mode. Teachers said to Minister that almost 96 percent of the students were enrolled for Online Classes and we are trying to contact the remaining for enrollment of classes.

Delhi Government Education mode is that Children up to class 10 are given worksheets every week through WhatsApp and for parents who doesn't have Online Contact are asked to come to school to collect the printout copy of the worksheets. For class 12 students online classes are conducted by teachers in 12 subjects. Deputy Minister also said that Earlier Access to Education was based on religion and caste. Later Access was based on Financial Status that created a divide in the society.

Delhi Government is developing Government Schools with world-class facilities by following semi-online approach. The Reason behind adapting this approach is that students should not be divided based on access of digital devices. Government is experientally using social media for providing education to students just under compulsion so as to reduce the educational loss.
