National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) in
collaboration with the National Commission for Protection of Child
Rights (NCPCR) and Cyber Peace Foundation has announced a unique
competition named "eRaksha" Competition 2020. eRaksha Competition is
open to students of all ages, Teachers, Parents, and also for guardians.
The First edition of eRaksha Competition was held last year with more
than 15,000+ entries across the globe.

eRaksha comprises of series of four Competitions namely Artcade,
TechAviskar, WordHack, and Screen Masters. In Artcade the participants
will have to draw arts/paintings and stickers. They can also perform
memes and comics on Online Safety and Digital Citizenship. In WordHack
competition the participants can submit essays, blogs, stories, research
papers, and articles about Digital Citizenship and Online safety.
TechAviskar competition is very much interesting for participants to
create innovative programs, software, hardware, and firmware solutions
using the latest modern technologies like Artificial Intelligence,
Internet of Things (IoT) and Machine Learning programs, etc. Visual
Medium or Screen Masters is also an interesting topic for participants
wherein they have to develop a drama, song, documentary, short film, or
videos to build awareness on Digitial Citizenship and Online Safety.
Participants can get detailed information and procedure of application
forms on the official website eRaksha.net. Along with these
competitions, The First Cyberpeace Honors award for Individuals and also
for organizations consistently working on Cyber Security and Online
safety activities will also be announced.
