For Central and
Tribal Universities in Andhra Pradesh a Bill was introduced in Lok Sabha on
Monday. As according to the Central Universities (Amendment) Bill, 2019
introduced by Human Resource Development Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal, the universities
will increase the access and quality of higher education and also shows the
best promotional avenues of Higher education for the people across Andhra
Pradesh State.

The Tribal
university will provide complete guidance and instructional research facilities
in Tribal art, culture and customs and advancement in technology that provides
benefits to tribal population in India.
At Present
Central University institutions are available in almost all states except Goa
and Andhra Pradesh. Now central government is planning to set up a central
tribal university and Central University in AndhraPradesh State as it is
obligatory under the AndhraPradesh Reorganization act, 2014 for the creation
of separate state of Telangana.
