In order to improve the quality of education and also to increase the pass percentage in schools of tribal welfare development of Madhya Pradesh has appointed Senior Officials like additional commissioners,deputy directors and divisional deputy commissioners as incharges at the helm of the schools.There are several tribal schools with zero pass percentage in Madhya Pradesh.

The Tribal welfare department passed the orders to the senior officials to he held accountable to the schools with constant state level monitoring in respective allotted districts till the commencement of board exams in March 2016.
The Senior officials and also collectors will inspect the schools and identify the gaps, evaluate the steps taken for better quality ,mid term evaluations of students,Teachers training procedures,coaching for higher level exams etc and submit the report to the department by January 10th 2016.
The Department people will then and there chalk out a completed detailed plan to bridge the gaps as notified by the senior officials in imparting quality education to children and also prepare the recommendations report by the district level of core group of improvement and sends the report to the government.
