Our wealth creators will have to play a long and important role in developing the best work force of the 21st century. Industry need to create an ecosystem in line with the spirit of NEP 2020.By creating demand based knowledge, Spending more on Research and Development, re-skilling and upskilling of existing workforce Industry can create more vibrant workforce that meets the future needs of India.
Union Minister also stressed the importance of industry, academia and policymakers working together in creating the future ready Indian workforce for the 21st century that drives social growth and economic welfare. NEP 2020 is under implementation which primarily focuses on Childhood education to higher level education and skill development that ensures holistic learning at all levels.
Education is a powerful tool that removes barriers and empower students. Introducing Education in Mother Tongue and local/regional languages that makes education ecosystem inclusive for all students to continue their education.
