Union Finance Minister on Monday while presenting the Union Budget in the parliament proposed to set up a Central University in Leh for accessible higher education in Ladakh.100 New Sainik schools will setup in partnership with the NGO's , Private schools and states.She told that central government is planning to introduce the legislation this year to implement the setting up of Higher Education Commission in India.

More than 15000 schools will be strengthened under National Educational Policy 2020.Finance Minister also announced that there are other Umbrella structures to be created for higher education. The Union Budget proposals rests on Six pillars namely Health and well-being, Physical and Financial Capital Infra structure, Inclusive development for aspirational India reinvigorating human capital, Innovation and R&D, Minimum government and Maximum Governance.
The Union Budget provides every opportunity for the Indian economy to capture the pace and grow sustainability. The Budget followed a contraction to the economy this time unlike before due to Covid-19 Pandemic situation across the globe.
