Woman Professionals excel twice than men in an organizational development, performance and coaching talent as according to research report by SCIKEY. As per research more than 6.56 percent of woman are performing well in organization when compared to 3.26 percent of men.SCIKEY conducted a survey with more than 5300+ IT professionals across India from 22 to 47 years age group.

Woman has strong capability and have high conflict management with emotionally connect and nurture in the work environment when compared to men with their fellow colleagues and other peers. According to survey Women bosses in an organization will encourage subordinates development and also employees progress in the organization.
Woman bosses tend to train their juniors well in the organization. As according to report Woman are equally or more effective in negotiations with their clients. Almost 1.37 percentage of women are very good negotiators in the organization with their wide social knowledge along with hard data information before starting the negotiation . Only 1.11 percent of men are good at negotiations.
Woman Professionals have high conflict management with 6.67 percent ability and men has 4.96 percent of conflict management ability. With this ability Woman will connect better to clients and peers and at the same time they will find the creative outcomes in their work. More than 16.8 percent Woman are emotionally unstable compared to 14.7 percent of Men in the work place environment.
6 out of 10 Woman with experience range of 0-2 years are facing emotional stress than (8 out of 10) that of experienced. Similarly 4 out of 10 Men with experience range of 0-2 years are facing emotional stress than ( 3 out of 10) that of experienced. Both Woman and Men are often more prone to stress both in family and professional life due to lack of solid emotional well being.
