Union Minister for Skill Development and Entreprenuership Incharge Mr. Rajiv Pratap Rudy said that Goods and Services Tax will generate more than Five Lakh Jobs in Information Technology and Finance industry for Computer Operators with Information Technology background and are having good knowledge of finance related subjects.

Speaking at the Inaugral ceremony of Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendra (PMKK ) at Indore Mr. Rajiv Pratap Rudy said that PMKK@ Vijay nagar will enrol over 1,000 candidates in a year to offer employability in various courses linked to various roles such as Customer care executive, Retail trainee associate, Business Correspondent etc.
The Central government is focusing on providing the entreprenuership skills so as to promote self employment.The government is expecting youth to become Job providers rather than Job seekers. There are huge job openings in retail, hospitality and construction fields also. As per the report 1.5 crore youth are required in retail jobs, 1.5 crore youth are required in construction and 70 lakh in hospitality.
The Government is expected to roll out GST from July 1st . The GST Council earlier has put 1,211 goods and 511 services in four different tax slabs of 5, 12, 18 and 28 percent respectively.
