Hillary Clinton announced Home Visitation Program for improving Early child hood Education

United States of America's Democratic Candidate Hillary Clinton has announced a big plan at Kentucky to help home visitation program for Young learning children's families with low income. She expresses her views in continuing her commitment to early childhood education and makes sure that neediest children don't start school far behind their more advantaged peers.

In order to encourage positive parenting practices and to prepare at-risk children for School this regular planned home visits program from nurses and social workers will help the maternal and children health for interested pregnant women, parents and children. It is expected that this program will extend to 2 million people in the next decade.

Hillary Clinton also mentioned about Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act which was implemented in 2010 has shown positive results in children & family outcomes and it has also reduced the need for remedial education and increase family self sufficiency. As according to this act the federal home visiting program government has invested $1.5 billion for first five years. 

She also proposed to dismantle "school-to-prison pipeline" that empower black entrepreneurs and creates good job opportunities for youth. Clinton was also championed program named the Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters(HIPPY) for k-12 education system which boosts the self-esteem in young children with more parental involvement in children's education that helps to improve the performance of children in Examination score, School attendance and also academic graph.
