As according to recent survey in the children right from their kindergarten till their age of twenty. They concentrated on the importance of children's social competence and sustaining those investments.In the research they noticed that Social competence was a consistent,significant,predictor of outcomes in education,employment,criminal justice,substance use and mental health.
For every one point rise in Social competence score He/she has twice as they attain their college degree.More than 54% are likely to earn a high school diploma and 46% are likely to have a full time job in their Adult hood. For every one point decrease in Social competence More than 67% of people got arrested in early childhood and 64% has high chance of spending time in Juvenile detention.The greater the disparity in social skills the wider the gap in outcomes.Children who scored well on social competence have more than 4 times likely to obtain a college degree than children at bottom end.

In order to help students several strategies need to be implemented. Every student can practice self awareness. It also helps students to learn and to know about themselves and also helps to identify their strengths and challenges.Every student should stand in the shoes of other by taking other perspectives that supports academic success along with social competence .It is his/her responsibility to practice it through debates,role-plays and games.It requires students to be receptive to useful feedback that helps for life long learning and improvement.Young people need to communicate deeply and communicate clearly with a good practice of listening habits.It is also essential to use skills with tech collaboration with regular practice and come up with solutions together.
