Kerala Government has given new year gift to students by introducing new technology high speed Online educational channel with virtual classroom technology to air specific Various International programmes based on Science and Technology and also curriculum based programs.The channel is names as ViCTERS(Virtual Classroom Technology on Edusat for Rural Schools) and it would be available on www.victers.itschool.gov.in and all programmes telecast on this channel can be viewed from 6 a.m to 11 p.m.
